These Terms of Use govern access to and use of www.riche.gr (the "Website"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Website operator

2. Informational purpose; no online sales
The Website presents RICHE, its lighting-design services, projects, collaborations, represented brands, products, catalogues, awards and editorial material. It is not an online store and does not enable purchases, payments or the conclusion of contracts through checkout.
Website content is an invitation to request information only. Any quotation, scope, specification, availability, price, timetable or engagement is binding only when expressly agreed in a separate written document by an authorised representative of RICHE.
3. Professional and private visitors
The Website is intended for architects, interior designers, developers, other professionals and private clients. Technical or design content is general information and does not replace project-specific assessment, professional advice, measurements, calculations, installation instructions, compliance checks or manufacturer documentation.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its selection, arrangement, design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, project presentations, drawings, concepts, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to RICHE and are protected by intellectual-property and related laws.
You may view the Website and download material expressly made available for personal, internal or legitimate professional reference. You may not, without prior written permission:
copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit Website content;
remove copyright, trademark, credit or rights notices;
use project photographs, lighting concepts, drawings or presentations to represent another person's work or services;
scrape, systematically extract, train automated systems on, or create a database from Website content except where mandatory law expressly permits it; or
use RICHE names, marks or visual identity in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or authorisation.
Project photographs and materials may also include rights belonging to architects, interior designers, photographers, clients, artists, manufacturers or other collaborators. Their inclusion on the Website does not grant any licence for reuse.
Lighting Consulting & Design Plans
All lighting-consulting materials, design plans, drawings, specifications, presentations, concepts and related files supplied by RICHE are the intellectual property of RICHE ©, or are used by RICHE under licence. They may not be copied, used, reproduced, republished, stored, sold, distributed, published or modified in any form without RICHE's prior written consent, except where mandatory law expressly permits otherwise.
No part of such materials or files, whether in whole or in part, may be used or displayed by any third party in a manner that infringes Greek, European Union or international copyright law.
Recipients of lighting designs, proposals or concepts acquire no ownership or other intellectual-property rights in any ideas or concepts presented by RICHE, including proposals that are not selected for the final work. Any permitted project-specific use must be expressly agreed in writing.
5. Brands, products and catalogues
Third-party names, logos, trademarks, product images and catalogues belong to their respective owners and are used for identification or with appropriate authorisation. References to a brand do not transfer rights in that brand to the user.
Product photographs, colours, finishes, dimensions, photometric information, technical characteristics, availability and catalogue content may change or appear differently depending on screen settings, manufacturing updates or project conditions. Current manufacturer documentation and a project-specific written confirmation should be consulted before specification, procurement or installation.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a manner that infringes another person's rights;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, server, accounts, code, data or connected systems;
introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse, excessive requests or other material that may disrupt the Website;
circumvent security, access controls, cookie choices or technical restrictions;
submit false, misleading, abusive, unlawful or infringing material through a form; or
use automated tools to extract content or data except where expressly authorised or legally permitted.
7. Enquiries and communications
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the Website is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client, agency, exclusivity or other contractual relationship. RICHE may decide whether and how to respond.
Do not send confidential, security-sensitive or third-party proprietary information through a general enquiry form unless an appropriate confidential or secure channel has been agreed.
8. Third-party links and embedded content
The Website may contain links to or embedded content from manufacturers, collaborators, Google Maps, YouTube, social-media platforms and other third parties. These services are controlled by their respective providers. RICHE does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security or practices and is not responsible for external content, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Website availability and changes
We may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure availability, or that content will always remain current. We may correct errors and change content at any time.
10. Disclaimer
The Website and its content are provided for general information on an “as available” basis. While we aim to present accurate and high-quality material, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, suitable for a particular project or free from errors. Lighting performance and visual outcomes depend on site conditions, architecture, materials, controls, installation, maintenance and other project-specific factors.
Nothing on the Website constitutes architectural, engineering, electrical, safety, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Users and project professionals remain responsible for applicable assessments, specifications, permits, standards, installation requirements and compliance obligations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RICHE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from access to, inability to use, or reliance on general Website content, including loss caused by third-party services or external links.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Personal data and cookies are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of the Website's legal information.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens, Greece shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rights that apply to a user under Greek or European Union law. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure or delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
